About 7-years ago, I had several large picture windows and patio doors replaced at a home on the beach. They all directly faced the ocean and take a beating from wind and salt. This installation was neat and tidy. The products had a lifetime warranty but like most consumers, I wondered what would actually happen if a window needed to be replaced. After-all, it was a harsh environment - and a warranty is only as good as the company making the promise.After 7-years of pounding from mother nature, one of the 2nd floor window's insulating seals let go and moisture developed. The business owner came out, took a look, ordered a new window and replaced it with no cost to me. Gracious and professional handling all around. I'm impressed.

We reached out to the window source to install 9 new windows in our 1900 year old house. Gary who came out to give us a quote was easy to work with and very informative. He walked me through what the process would be and why we needed what we needed.
